-
Virtual meetings are kept intentionally small to create a welcoming and intimate space for conversation. supportive discussions, and zero pressure to speak if you’d rather just listen. (And if virtual meetings aren’t your thing, don’t worry—they’re completely optional!)
-
As a fellow introvert, I designed this club with us in mind. Even if you don’t attend virtual meetings, you’ll still be part of the community! You can participate on your own terms through our message board, journal prompts, and therapist-led discussion questions—and you’ll have access to the digital downloads and other tools.
-
Nope! While I’m a therapist, this book club is not a therapy group. It’s a space for learning, discussion, and community—not mental health treatment. That said, we’ll explore meaningful topics, and I’ll offer discussion questions and other tools from a therapeutic perspective. If you're looking for therapy, I’d be happy to help connect you to resources! Contact me!
-
Nope! While my therapy clients must reside in Ohio or Missouri, the book club is open to anyone, anywhere. Since it’s not therapy, you’re welcome to join no matter where you live!
-
Not at all! While we’ll provide recommendations and links (supporting independent bookstores when possible), you’re welcome to grab the book from your library, borrow it from a friend, or find it however works best for you.
-
Participation is subscription-based and totally flexible. You can join in for the books that resonate with you and skip out for the ones that don’t!
-
The club operates on a pay-what-you-can model, offering three tiers to keep it accessible while also honoring the time, effort, and resources that go into creating a meaningful experience for everyone.
I trust you to choose the payment option that reflects your financial situation. No proof required, no judgment. This isn’t about sales or discounts—each tier exists so everyone can participate in a way that’s financially comfortable for them.
Everyone gets the same experience, no matter what they pay. Choose the level that works for your financial situation—no guilt, just good books and community. See below for more and to sign up.
