Nice to meet you!

If you’re thinking about sharing your story with me, here’s a little about who I am: I’m a Cleveland-based introvert who lives for a good book, a Cavs win, and can absolutely have a thoughtful conversation about your favorite Real Housewife (she probably says more about you than your zodiac sign).

My office is covered in movie posters instead of peaceful nature prints, and my cat, Clementine, sometimes joins in—usually by knocking something off my desk mid-session. I say “bonkers” a lot, love anything pistachio-flavored, and find laughter to be one of the best ways we connect as humans. My goal is to bring that same mix of authenticity, warmth, and humor into our sessions together.

As a therapist, I believe in being genuine and creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You’ll find me in a t-shirt rather than formal wear, sharing genuine laughter, and probably tearing up right alongside you. I won’t let you brush off your wins (even the small ones count!)—and yes, I definitely want to see the picture, hear about the text, or talk through that comment that’s been replaying over and over in your mind. We’ll sort it out together—no judgment, just a space to breathe.

And I ABSOLUTELY want to meet your pets.

My path to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I understand how anxiety can hold you back, how depression can drain your motivation, and how society's expectations can trick us into doubting our worth. These experiences have shaped how I work today: blending feminist perspectives with evidence-based practices to help you embrace your sensitivity as a superpower and live a life that feels more you.

I specialize in working with highly sensitive people, people pleasers, and anyone navigating burnout or life’s bigger questions—from purpose and identity to all the craziness happening in the world around us. Looking back, I sometimes wonder how different life could have felt if I’d learned earlier that sensitivity is strength and that my worth was never up for debate. Those hard-won lessons make me a more empathetic therapist.

I truly believe it’s never too late to do things differently, peel off the “shoulds,” and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

You've got this – and I've got your back!
